Dave Droegkamp Heating is an established name in the heating and cooling business. The company was founded in 1982 in Dousman, Wis., when Dave purchased a sheet metal shop from Rich Herr. Dave's company had a modest beginning, with just he and his brother-in-law, Orville Tuskey (who is still with the company); now, it has grown to more than 50 employees, and the company moved to Hartland in 1986, where it resides today.

Dave's hard work, determination and practice of delivering value to customers is being carried on today by his sons. Dave's passing in February 2005 left a legacy of high standards unequaled by his peers, thanks to Dave's caring and modest ways.
